3.To close the portion of Westlake Street south of the proposed cul-de-sac. The applicants will <br />be responsible for removing the existing road to be closed and accept 100% of the costs <br />involved. The Erickson’s would also be responsible for landscaping and providing a <br />pedistrian trail to the lake.
