To approve a lot line rearrangement for lots located at 364 and 372 Westlake Street. <br />2. To approve variances for lot area and lot width on both lots, and an average lakeshore <br />setback variance for 364 Westlake Street. <br />3. To close Westlake Street south of the cul-de-sac to the lake. <br />Subject to the following conditions: <br />1.All structures located on the 372 Westlake Street parcel shall be removed prior to filing the <br />subdivision. <br />2.The septic system located on the 372 Westlake Street parcel shall be abandoned and the new <br />residence connect to sanitary sewer. <br />3.Easements shall be granted 10 feet along exterior property lines and 5 feet along interior <br />property lines. <br />4. Deed shall be delivered to the City for east half of future cul-de-sac. <br />5. Title Opinions on both existing properties are required for filing subdivision. <br />6. A walkway shall be developed from the south end of the cul-de-sac to the lakeshore for local <br />pedestrian traffic through the platted Westlake Street. A signage and landscape plan shall <br />be submitted and approved by Staff for the closed portion of Westlake Street. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official C'ty Council minutes, they are available from the City <br />Recorder after review and approval by the City Council.
