Staff <br />was directed to draft a resolution to be adopted at the next meeting. <br />Summary' of Request: <br />1.The applicants are owners of two properties located at 364 and 372 Westlake Street. They <br />had proposed a Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement that results in two substandard lots. <br />It is the intent of the applicants to build a home on the 372 lot and sell the 364 lot as a <br />residential site. Both lots contain houses and a number of accessory buildings that would be <br />removed prior to new home construction. <br />2.The Erickson's have agreed to deed a p>ortion of their property to the City for the east half of <br />a future cul-de-sac at the end of Westlake Street. They have requested the City credit both <br />properties for hardcover and structural coverage for the land deeded as they are offering to <br />dedicate this property to the City at the request of Staff and the Planning Commission.
