LR-lC-1 SUBDISTRICTS. ONE FAMILY LAKESHORE <br />RESIDENTIAL. <br />Section 10.22). <br />Subd. 1. Lakeshore Set Back, Hard Cover and Tree Removal Regulations. (See <br />Subd. 2. Subd. 2 are met: <br />E. Building size and location meet Council approval; <br />F. Vehicle ingress and egress meet Council approval; <br />G. A minimum of two parking spaces are provided for each dwelling unit, <br />one of the parking spaces shall be enclosed and attached to the principal structure it serves; <br />H. Density provisions under Section 10.60 are not exceeded, and the <br />dwelling unit density does not exce^ 2 dwelling units per acre. <br />/ All Shoreinttd PRD standards of Section 10.56. Suhd. 19 are met for <br />properties in the Shoreland Overlay District, <br />Subd. 4. Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requirements. (See Section 10.25, <br />Subdivision 6).
