ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORONO ZONING CODE SECTION 10.26, <br />LR-lC-1 SUBDISTRICT <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.26 is hereby deleted and the following <br />language substituted in its place: <br />SEC. 10.26. LR-lC-1 SUBDISTRICTS. ONE FAMILY LAKESHORE <br />RESIDENTIAL. <br />Subd. 1. Lakeshore Set Back, Hard Cover and Tree Removal Regulations. <br />(See Section 10.22). <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses, Conditional Uses, and Accessory Uses. <br />A. Any use as regulated in the "LR-IC District. <br />Subd. 3. Additional Conditional Use. Within any "LR-lC-1” One Family <br />Lakeshore Residential Subdistrict attached dwellings may be permitted if the City Council <br />finds that all conditions below are complied with: <br />A. All provisions of Section 10.32 Planned Residential Development <br />are, in the discretion of the Council, determined to be met; <br />B. Public sanitary sewer is available; <br />C. All dwelling units must be attached but not more than four <br />dwelling units to any one structure with a maximum height of thirty (30) feet; <br />D. All hardcover standards of Section 10.22, Subd. 2 are met; <br />E. Building size and location meet Council approval; <br />F. Vehicle ingress and egress meet Council approval; <br />G. A mini mum of two parking spaces are provided for each dwelling <br />unit, one of the parking spaces shall be enclosed and attached to the principal structure it <br />serves; <br />Page 1 of2
