Hamm Sewer Request <br />March 19,1999 <br />Page 4 <br />Staff Recommendation <br />If Council determines that this property should be sewered, approval should be conditioned on <br />limiting the number of units to the 3 needed to serve the existing 3 dwellings. Council is asked to <br />provide staff and applicant with direction as to whether future subdivision of the site may make use <br />of these three units. <br />If the property is allowed to be sewered per the above, approval should be conditioned on Hamm <br />paying all costs associated with extending the sewer to the property, conecting to each dwelling, as <br />well as the appropriate connection charges, permits and SAC charges per the current fee schedule. <br />A resolution specifying conditions will be prepared for your next meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Take one of the following actions: <br />Approve subject to conditions noted above <br />Deny, based on not strictly meeting criteria established for use of 50 allowable sewer units <br />Table for further information (specify) <br />Other.
