PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Conunission recommended by a 5 to 0 vote to: <br />Approve the lot line rearrangement based on the conditions in the Staff report, and requesting the <br />house on the 364 Westlake Street property be removed by January, 2000. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the application based on the enclosed Staff report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To direct SUdf to draft a resolution to be presented at the April 12,1999 Council Meeting.
