shall be Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) and the minimum <br />shall be 120 Dollars $120. <br />(c) Decreases in Dependent Dav Care <br />Reimbursement Account . A Participant ’s Dependent Day <br />Care Reimbursement Account shall be reduced by the <br />amount of any benefits paid to or on behalf of a Participant <br />pursuant to paragraphs 5.2.3(d) or 5.2.3(e). <br />(d) Dependent Day Care Benefits. Subject to <br />limitations contained in other provisions of this Plan, and to <br />the extent of the amount contained in the Participant ’s <br />Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account, a Participant <br />who incurs Employment Related Dependent Day Care <br />Expenses shall be entitled to receive from the Employer full <br />reimbursement for the entire amount of these expenses <br />incurred during the Period of Coverage for a Plan Year to <br />the extent of the amount contained in the Participant ’s <br />Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account for that Plan <br />Year; provided that no reimbursement shall be paid pursuant <br />to this paragraph 5.2.3 to the extent that an expense has <br />been submitted for reimbursement as a Medical Care <br />expense under paragraph 5.2.2. The Employer shall pay all <br />such expenses to the Participant upon the presentation to <br />the Employer of documentation of these expenses in a form <br />prescribed by the Employer. However, in its discretion, the <br />Employer may pay any of these expenses directly, in which <br />event the Employer shall be relieved of all further <br />responsibility with respect to that particular expense. These <br />expenses shall be paid periodically during the Plan Year <br />upon receipt during the prior month of a claim complying <br />with Plan requirements and totaling at least Twenty Five
