to the extent of the coverage under that policy or <br />plan, the Plan shall be relieved of any liability; or <br />(ii) To the extent that the expense has <br />been submitted for reimbursement from the <br />Participant’s Dependent Day Care Reimbursement <br />Account. <br />(e) Separate Written Plan. For purposes of the <br />Code, paragraph 5.2.2 shall constitute a separate written <br />plan providing for the reimbursement of Medical Care <br />expenses. To the extent necessary, other provisions of the <br />Plan are Incorporated by reference in paragraph 5.2.2. <br />5.2.3 Dependent Day Care Reimbursement . A Participant may <br />elect to receive dependent day care reimbursement for eligible dependent <br />day care expenses under the terms and conditions of paragraph 5.2.3. <br />(a) Dependent Day Care Reimbursement <br />Accounts. A Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account <br />shall be established for each electing Participant for each <br />Plan Year. Each Dependent Day Care Reimbursement <br />Account shall initially contain Zero Dollars ($0.00). <br />(b) Increases in Dependent Dav Care <br />^•^dimbursement Accounts. A Participant’s Dependent Day <br />Care Reimbursement Account shall be increased each <br />relevant pay period by such whole dollar amount of the <br />Participant’s available Employer contributions or Pay <br />Conversion Contributions as the Participant has elected to <br />apply toward the Participant’s Dependent Day Care <br />Reimbursement Account provided that the maximum annual <br />rate of increase of a Participant’s Dependent Day Care <br />Reimbursement Account attributable to a Participant’s <br />Employer contributions or Pay Conversion Contributions
