Septic report for all lots. <br />2. Wetland delineation report. <br />3. Site grading and drainage plan, to include engineering and design for stormwater <br />ponding. <br />4. Stormwater drainage calculations for review by the City Engineer. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of additional information.
