TO:Paul Weinberger, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />FROM: Stephen Weckman, On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE:June 10,1999 <br />SUBJECT: Septic Review for Application #2479, Jim Deanovic - Preliminary Plat <br />The proposed seven lot subdivision includes no septic system testing and design. Approximate <br />drainfield sizes and site locations are identified on a topographic survey. The potential drainfield <br />sites appear to meet City and State Regulations for slope, but more information is necessaiy for staff <br />approval. The soils on some of the sites are very wet and have not been confirmed as being <br />adequate, but it is likely that two suitable drainfield sites could be identified on each lot. <br />Based on the above information, staff would recommend conditional approval or tabling of the <br />application. Drainfield sites appear to be available on each property, but none of them have been <br />tested and designed at this time.
