>T remaining members of the Board of Directors in attendance at a meeting of the Alliance at which revocation of appointment is proposed. Section 6.7 A quorum shall be required to hold a Board of Directors meeting. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the total number of Directors or their alternates at the time of the specific meeting. ARTICLE VII. EFFECTIVE DATE; ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS Section 7.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the date when the last of the executed agreements and authorizing resolutions of initial members listed in Article I of this Agreement has been filed as provided in Section 5.3 of this Agreement. Section 7.2 If one of more initial members listed in Article I of this Agreement vote not to become Member Organizatlon(s), the Agreement shall become effective when the remaining initial members become Member Organizations as provided in Section 5.3 of this Agreement. Section 7.3 Within 30 days after the effective date of this Agreement, a representative of Independent School District No. 278 appointed in the authorizing resolution of the Orono Board of Education shall call the first meeting of the Board, which meeting shall be held no later than 60 days after the effective date of this Aereement. Section 7.4 The first meeting of the Board will be the organizational meeting of the Alliance. At the organizational meeting, the Board must elect fi’om among the Directors a chair, a vice-chair, and a secretary. A Director may hold more than one office. I *Mil —**-
