^1|B <br />(d)To work towards the certification and criminal background checks of <br />all coaches and staff of community youth athletic programs. <br />Section 3.2 The organization formed by this Agreement shall not be used or <br />operated for pecuniar>' gain, directly or indirectly, by any Member Organization as <br />defined in Section 5.3 or any Director. <br />ARTICLE IV. TERM <br />Section 4.1 The initial term of this Agreement shall be from <br />July 15,2000 to _____June 30,2003_______subject to termination by the <br />District as set forth herein. <br />Sgetion 4.2 This Agreement may be renewed by the Alliance as set forth in its <br />by-laws. <br />ARTICLE V.
