f .t.x <br />kr <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.24, SUBDIVISION 3 (A) <br />FILE #2632 <br />WHEREAS, Temple Israel (hereinafter "the applicant") is owner of property located <br />at 645 Tonkawa Road, within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br />Attached “Exhibit A”, (hereinafter "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a conditional use permit to <br />permit construction of a toilet/shower facility on the propert>' per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br />10.24, Subdivision 3 (A); and <br />WHEREAS, Section 10.24, Subdivision 3 (A) of the Municipal Code permits clubs <br />and camps as a conditional use in the LR-1B district; and <br />WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono City Council held <br />a public hearing on October 23,2000, at which times all persons desiring to be heard concerning this <br />application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2632. <br />The property is located in the LR-IB, One Family Lakeshore Residential District. <br />The City Council approved a request to schedule a public hearing for October 23, <br />2000 for a CUP for Temple Israel.
