Staff has prepared a resolution to be adopted by the Council approving the issuance <br />of a building permit subject to the condition a CUP application is received for the camp use of the property <br />prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the toilet/shower facility. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt resolution approving a conditional use permit to allow Temple Israel to receive a building <br />permit for a new toilet/shower facility with the condition a full CUP application for the Camp use of the <br />property be submitted prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being issued for the new building.
