Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. <br />Mr. Robert J. Bauman was present for this matter. Mr. Baum.an <br />that he wants to clean up his shoreline area using a <br />backhoe to rem.ove tree stumps and poison ivy which requires a <br />conditional use permit. Mr. Lauman stated that he will <br />comply to all of staff’s recomr.iendations as listed in their <br />report. <br />Asst. Zcning Administrator Gaffron indicated an issue <br />regarding th.e drainage pipes. <br />.‘•.r.
