The development of the Aesthetic Design Guide will <br />be done with the assistance of an Aesthetic Design Guide Review Committee, made up of <br />representatives of the affected cities. Each city can appoint three representatives to the committee. <br />Staff suggests the City ’s membership on the committee include two citizen representatives and one <br />staff representative as follows: <br />Andrew McDermott <br />Jim Murphy <br />Ron Moorse <br />Andrew McDermott, the Park Commission Chair, would bring his background in landscape <br />architecture to the committee. Jim Murphy has been heavily involved with the Highway 12 project <br />for many years. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to appoint three representatives to the Highway 12 Aesthetic Design Guide Review <br />Committee.
