Staff had prepared the Planning Commission Report based on <br />an original plan that was amended after the applicant received the staff report. The proposed plan <br />was reconunended for approval in concept without a recommendation for a variance for lot width. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />To approve the site plan as presented to the Planning Commission with a variance to Lot 1 allowing <br />a 172 ’ front lot where 200' is required.
