Such runoff shall be <br />properly channeled into a storm drain, water course, ponding area or other suitable facility. The Code <br />requires that drainage plans be submitted by applicants for review by the City Engineer and the <br />Public Works Department for approval. Approval is also required by the Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District (MCWD). The MCWD has issued a permit for the proposed plan. However, <br />staff and the City Engineer have raised issues with the proposed plan for surface water run off from <br />the site.
