Applicant, was present. <br />I he Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit of Publication were noted <br />Boitcnlicrg stated the Applicants are proposing to repbee the c.xisting decks on the lakeside of the <br />residence. 1 he existing decks are old and in deteriorating condition. The new decks will be tlic same <br />si/e and in ihe same hKalion as the existing decks. <br />Ibe Applicants arc not proposing an increase in structural coverage or hardcover.
