The otTice uses allowed in this district are those in which there is <br />limited contact w ith the public and no exterior display or selling of merchandise to the general <br />public. <br />The only area in the City of Orono where property is zoned B-4 is in the Navarre area and, like most <br />commercial properties in Orono. arc located adjacent to r».jidcntial properties.
