Subd. 2. Applicalion. Pennitted Uses. V ithin ar.;. ’’U-4 * Oftlce and Professional Business District, no <br />structure or land shall be used c.xcept for cr.e or more of the follow ing uses: <br />A. Municipal Buildings. Municipa: buildings where the use conducted is cusionurily <br />considered to be an olllce use. <br />B. Oflices. Professional olTices ani offices of the general nature. <br />C. Clinics. Clinics for human care cr. an out* patient basis only. <br />D. Banks and Insurance Offices. <br />Subd. 4. Cunditiunal Uses. Within 'J-.e "B-d ” Office and Professional Business District no <br />structure or land shall be used for the follow-.ng uses except by conditional use perntit: <br />A. Nursing Homes. Hospitals.
