A variance was granted to tiie adjacent <br />lot about nine months ago, namely, Charles <br />Carl, and a new home iias been built on it. <br />4. There is only a footage sewer charge so <br />a unit charge will have to be assessed on <br />the property if a home is built on it. <br />Kullberg moved, Elliott seconded, because <br />of the above, a variance should be recommended, <br />ilotion. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Tom Loucks of Brauer P| Associates, spoke <br />to members.
