MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JUNE 5, 1972 <br />Van Nest moved, Gasch seconded, that anproval <br />be recommended for two lots conditicueJ on <br />septic systems approved by the Village <br />Engineer be installed. Notion, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (1). Kullberg Nay. iierfurth abstained <br />saying economics, arrived at from tne assessed <br />valuation of the property, dictated that <br />this could not be used as two lots. <br />Members studied the plat of James McCleary, <br />3587 North Shore Drive, and were unanimous in <br />that they did deem the property as large as <br />shown on the plat map which consisted of <br />about 8,000 sq.ft. <br />I <br />iierfurth moved, Gasch seconded, that Mr. <br />McClearv bring in a survey showing dimensions <br />of the hard land in the parcel, the amount <br />of square feet, location of the e’asement, and <br />existing and proposed improvements. Motion, <br />Ayes (7) - Nays (0). <br />O <br />Members studied the proposed division of <br />Timothy Fiske, Fox Street and Old Crystal <br />Day Road South. It was determined that the <br />division did not comply with Municipal <br />Ordinance NO. 132 since there was no residence <br />on the property being divided. <br />Searles moved, Southworth seconded, that the <br />house stipulation should be waived since <br />the parcel being divided was going to a <br />parcel having a residence on it, and the <br />division be recommended. Motion, Ayes (7) • <br />Nays (0). <br />Robert Schultz represented himself in an <br />application for a size and frontage on Lots 2 8 <br />3, Block 7, Summit Park. It was determined the <br />lot was in single separate ownership since <br />1967. Van Nest asked Mr. Schultz if he could <br />purchase the single lot next to him and add to <br />iiis. Motion, Ayes (6) <br />Nays (1). Heirfurth Nay. <br />Tom Loucks, Braure 8 Associates, passed out the <br />first phase of the Comprehensive Plan, a summary <br />of findings analyzing the community as he saw <br />it, then in conjuction with five plates lie <br />brought along, spoke on the contents in the report. <br />COIIPREHBNSIVE PLAN
