Hays seconded, that there <br />s.iould be a written report by the Village <br />Eiigineer on how future development would <br />effect the drainage of the entire area <br />and how this could bo accomplished and to <br />wiiat expense. Motion, Ayes (11) - Nays (0), <br />Mrs. VaeVenzie and Leo Primus represented <br />themselves in a petition to conduct an <br />art fair at 4680 Uayside Road on two <br />weekends in June. Mr. Primus and Mrs. <br />ilacKcnzie explained tiiat there would be no <br />amplified entertainment and that the main <br />purpose of the fair was to exhibit art. <br />One reason for naste was to get approval and <br />get the various neighboring higii scnools to <br />exiii'jit some of their art forms. They showed <br />letters obtained from the Mapld Plain Fire <br />Cnief and Hennepin County Slier if fs Department <br />showing they would cooperate. <br />Searles moved, Ryerse seconded, that approval <br />be recommended conditioned on: <br />1. Tnat there be no loud enterainment <br />nor any amplification. <br />2. Tliat there be no parking on public <br />roads. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Ski Tonka Art Fair <br />3. That each days activity cease at 6:00 P.M. <br />Also, that it be recommended a raincheck <br />to move the fair ahead in the event inclement <br />weather force postponement.
