VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />Regular ileeting of tae Planning Commission. <br />April 17, 1972 <br />Tae Planning Conunission met on the above <br />date witn the following members present: <br />Chairman Poisson, Elliott, Gascli, Hays, <br />Herfurta, Kullberg, Wiciiolls, Ryerse, Searles, <br />Soutawortii, and Van West. Also present: <br />Couiicilman liassengale and Village Administrator <br />ilartin. <br />Gasca moved, Soutawortii seconded, that the <br />Minutes of tae Regular Meeting of April 3, <br />1972, be approved. Motion, Ayes (10) - <br />Nays (0). <br />lembers again reviewed the data in tae matter <br />of a division for the Joiin Gerhardson property <br />consisting of combined Lots 11-12-13-14-5-6, <br />Block 1, Summit Park, whereby ae intends to <br />divide off Lots 5^6 from the remaining lots. <br />Brought out were the following: <br />1. Mr. Gerhardson sold Lots 11-12-13-14 <br />with a residence on it in July 1969, <br />2. The combination of the above lots make <br />for a through lot with frontage on Park <br />Avenue and Tonkawa Road. <br />3. Taere could be a possibility of approving <br />a division for tax purposes without approving <br />the lot as a building lot. <br />Kullberg moved, Southworth seconded, taat tae <br />division be tabled until the next meeting and <br />Mr. Gerhardson be asked to appear to answer <br />questions as to his intent for the property. <br />Motion, Ayes (11) - Ways (0), <br />Poisson read the Minutes of the Village <br />Council meeting of April 10, 1972, covering <br />the landfill license for Howard Eisinger, <br />3245 Wayzata Boulevard. <br />7:30 P.»M <br />MINUTES <br />DIVISION <br />Tonkawa Road f} Par <br />LANDFILL LICENSE <br />3245 Wayzata Boul <br />Massengale furtiier clarified the present <br />status of the above matter by stating Mr. <br />Eisinger already had a non-conforming <br />conditional use permit to operate a landfill <br />but had ceased operation last year wnen he <br />felt he could not meet conditions imposed to <br />obtain the necessary license to operate tae <br />landfill. Further, the ^'illuge Council felt <br />it was now necessary to obtain a variance under <br />Municipal Ordinance No. 125 to operate a landfill. <br />(Continued) <br />L.
