B-Z <br />§ 10.20 <br />Subd. 4. Accessory Uses. Within any "R-1 A" One Family Residential District, no <br />accessbry ,sh\icture or use of land shall be permit^except for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. Garages. Private garages and parking space. <br />B. Pools, etc. Private swimming pool, tennis courts, and paddocks. <br />j C. Home Occupations. Any gainKfl'cccu^tioiTmeeting all of the following <br />< requirements when engaged in only by persons residing in their dwelling, when there is no employed <br />I assistant, when that occupation is conducted within the principal structure only, when evidence of <br />I the occupation is not visible from the street, no signs other than those permitted in "R" Districts are <br />} present, no excessive stock in trade is stored on the premises, over the counter retail sales are not <br />involved, the entrance to the home occupation is gained from within the structure, and the use does <br />not adversely affect the character of the uses permitted in the district in which it is located. A <br />professional person may use his residence for consultation, emergency treatment or performance of <br />religious rites but not for general practice of his profession when such general practice will involve <br />the need for more than three off-street parking spaces for the occupant and visitors. <br />■. ;» •••• • • <br />D. Signs. Signs as regulated in the Zoning Chapter. <br />E. Temporary Structures. Buildings temporarily located for purposes of <br />constructing on the premises for a period not to exceed time necessary for such constructing. <br />F. Gardens, etc. Gardening and other horticultural uses including aviaries and <br />decorative landscape features. <br />G. Roadside Stands. One roadside stand offering for sale only farm products <br />produced on the premises provided that such stand docs not exceed 200 square feet in area and that <br />it is located at least thirty feet back from the public right-of-way. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />H. Communication Reception/Transmission Devices. <br />1. Acce.'sory Antennas. Accessory antennas shall be limited to radio <br />and television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, TVRO's, and amateur short-wave radio <br />transmitting and receiving antennas.
