(1.02 acre) <br />List of E.vhibits: <br />•A Analysis <br />B Proposed Site Plan <br />C Council Report (2/11/02) <br />Pertinent Code Sections: <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 1: Lakeshore Setback Regulations <br />.Section 10.22, .Subd. 2: Lakeshore Hardcover Requirements <br />Application Summary : In September 2001 the City Council adopted, on consent. <br />Resolution No. 4693 for Richard and Jane Stark to grant the renewal of variances to permit <br />construction of a four stall garage and additional living area to a one le\ el residence at 815 <br />Partenwo('d Road I he original variance was granted in 1997 and renewed in 1998. 1999. 2000. <br />and 2001. Richard and Jane Stark bought the property in 2001 and were the owners when the <br />\ ariances were renewed in '*001. <br />The applicants builder. Ron l.auer applied for a building permit and when the plans were <br />re\ lewed there was a conllict w ith the amount of hardcov er in the 0-75’ setback /one versus the <br />amount appiov ed. fhe plans had a larger amount than the approved plan, fhe owner agreed to <br />remov e the excess hardcover. <br />On February 11. 2002. City Council rev iewed this application and by a 3 to 0 vote directed staff <br />to bring the application to Planning Commission for further reviev.. Council members stated <br />they did not have concerns with the changes but because the site plan is different than previously <br />approved.
