At the time of approval by the Oouncil of <br />the Stubbs Bay Addition., the Oouncil stipulated that <br />any structures placed on this easement would require <br />Council approval. Kallestad moved, Dunlap seconded, <br />that the Planning Oomnisslon reoonmend to the Council <br />approval of the variance request of Herbert Olson for <br />the installation of a private dock at the lakeshore <br />easement, Stubbs Bay Addition, because the applicant's <br />property is contiguous to the lakeshore. rtition.
