They have a preschool care, child care center, and <br />an infant stinulation program. They wish to be given the <br />opportunity to use the parsonage for expandiixg a program for <br />retarded infants from biitl months. <br />Pat McLarty stated that he is oimer and taxpayer of TVact A, <br />6, 6 H, RLS 660 idiich included the private road serving same <br />He feels that there should not be a coimnercial use of the road. <br />After further discussion by the public and staff, the main issues <br />were found to be the traffic on the road, which is Church Road, <br />and avoiding the possibility of more traffic on that street <br />and policing required and provided. <br />Brad Van Nest closed the nd>lic Hearing on Good Shejherd at <br />8:30. <br />After reviewing the plat of the Scott Property, Brad Van <br />Nest moved, Dunlap seconded to reooinnend to ^e Cowicil the <br />ipproval of the proposed ^at, with the following conditions: <br />1. Agreement with Paxh Board on the paxh dedication <br />fbe. <br />2. Transfer that portioi« of outlot 8 which supports his <br />private driveway to Doug Head. <br />Consideration of oonhining the private road wi^ <br />Basrridge Rd. <br />A SO* utility easemait following the roadway and a <br />100* easement at the end of the private road for a <br />possible fbture cul-de-sac. <br />No comnittment as to lalce use rights. <br />3. <br />S. <br />6. If outlot A is not accepted by the Parle Board or <br />Village it shall be included as a undivided 1/7 <br />interest among the other 7 parcel owners of the plat. <br />Ayes (S), Nqres (0). <br />Mayor Searles presented the matter of the E5ainger Land Fill <br />Series asked that there be a review on some of the elements <br />of public action that have taken place in the past. <br />Mayor Searles reconmended to the Planning Commission tliat <br />13^ go out to the site and view and study it before nmking <br />81^ decision.
