Brad Van Nest seconded, that this be tabled <br />I6r two weehs since some of the newer members were un <br />familiar with this proposal, and in the two weelc interim <br />each menber of the Plamiing Connission visit and study the <br />Eisii^r Property plan and cone bade for discussion and <br />reoonneiidation. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Roger Patch's piblic hearing was opened again, and since <br />there was no testimony. Brad Van Nest clo^ the hearing. <br />Iknlap moved, Hannah seconded, to recomnend to Council, <br />appremd of the subdivisions and that there be a cash <br />paifc dedication of 101 of raw land value. <br />Henry Mbich presented the Howard Larson proposed on-site <br />disposal plans, and stated that the proposed structure ^ <br />location meets all tiie setback requirements, with this. <br />Brad Van Nest moved, Diane Dunlap seconded, to reconroend <br />to the Council, approval of this variance for lot size <br />and lot widtii subject to the fbllowing conditions; that <br />the septic system be constructed in accordance with the <br />approval of the Village Engineer, as laid out hy Gene <br />luacok $ Associates, and that no other variances be re- <br />ouired. <br />Ayes (S), Niys (0). <br />After reviewing and discussing the comments of Good Shep <br />herd and the piblic, <br />ROGER PA30I- <br />FUBLIC HEARING <br />1330 6th Ave. N. <br />miARD LARSON mf oN-srxE Di <br />PLANS <br />1465 Long Lake Blvd. <br />Van Nest moved, Hannah seconded, to table this for two <br />weeks.
