That Windward <br />Marina has the approval of DNR and his plans ai'e to <br />rip rap with rock, and plant shrubber/ along the shore­ <br />line. USE PRI^tlT <br />RIP RAP SIK5RELTNE <br />1444 Shoreline Dr. <br />Curtis moved, Hannah seconded, that the Plannir.g Commiss­ <br />ion apjnrove this request, under the conditions he rip rap <br />with rock as shown in the diagram, and that the rock be one <br />foot or larger in diameter. Also, that he must create green­ <br />ery in that particular area. <br />Curtis moved, Hannah seconded, that this be stibject to <br />approval of MCWS. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Brad Van Nest opened the Public Hearing <m Ralph Burnett <br />at 7:26. Henry Mtihich read the affidavit of publication <br />and certificate of mailing. <br />RALPH BURNETT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />SCenr PROPERTY <br />-•= <br />Ralph Burnett and Tom Hartzell presented their proposal to <br />the public. Mr. Burnett stated that they wanted to divide <br />the property into seven buildable lots. Lots 1,2, 6 3 <br />were found to be substandard as to the area requirements of <br />the code, lots 4 § 5 over the required acreage and lots <br />6 § 7 have the required acreage. The remaining acreage <br />being in lot A which has an area of KK),000 sq. ft. <br />Upon retceiving notice of the public hearing, a groip re­ <br />presenting p^erty owners along Bay Pidge Road objected <br />to a suggestion of connecting the private road of the <br />newly proiiosed plat v.lth Bay Ridge Rd, a private Road <br />servicing these people. The)'' contended tnis; would result <br />in a loss of rTrea and nvzneroiis tree to eecli property <br />owner. The Planning Conwission felt contioliisig traffic <br />access onto County Rd. #15 would increase the c^nce of <br />keeping this as a two lane scenic roadway. <br />^s^siisom
