Staff has completed the lot area survey <br />requested by Commission member Hurr. If there are any questions <br />please contact the City offices. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - FEBRUARY 12, 1979 <br />Mr. Chapman was again advised of the fear of precedent setting if <br />Planning Commission was to recommend approval of a subdivision where <br />both lots are substandard. The applicant stated there is a possibility <br />that his neighbor to the south has additional land for acquisition <br />which would bring his lots up to standard. The applicant was informed <br />that the plat would now involve the neighbor’s lot to the south. <br />Planning Commission tabled the application until Mr. Chapman contacts <br />staff. <br />STAFF NOTE - AUGUST 4, 1979 <br />Mr. Chapman has asked staff to schedule his preliminary subdivision <br />(plan dated September 19, 1978) for action by the Planning Commission. <br />He has decided against involving his neighbor.to the south in a three <br />lot plat. Please read his enclosed letter. Mr. Chapman will require <br />a decision by the City before he proceeds with expensive remodeling <br />and an addition to his existing residence. If the property is platted, <br />the existing house would have to be removed and a new home built <br />closer to the lake affording Adequate setback from the division line. <br />Application may be scheduled for preliminary review at Council on <br />August 28, 1979. <br />i
