D, Frink, 385 Tumham Road - SUBDIVISION <br />Frinks propose a metes and bounds division of 39 acres into a <br />5 and 32+ acre lots. The sketch plan does not account for the <br />4 acres to the north of the main parcel (see plat map). The <br />designated wetlands are not quite one acre. We will require a <br />Flowage and Conservation Easement. Access to the larger lot <br />f^ill also be via Tumham Road. Note the .08 acre of land <br />involved in the Ring Route at the northwest comer. <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING - AUGHST 13. 1979 <br />Staff recomnends preliminary approval of the metes and bounds <br />division of the D.D. Frink property subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The wetlands within the 26 plus acre lot to be <br />designated in a future plat. <br />2. Park Dedication Fee of $100.00
