February 1, 1979 <br />Wayzata Countiry Club <br />200 Wayzata Boulevard <br />Page 4 <br />38.650 P.R.D.; Site Plan The proposed site plan, including <br />location, spacing and basic design of proposed buildings, <br />street and parking plans, water and sewer (public or <br />private) plans, and plans of open space available for park <br />or recreational purposes, shall be submitted for approval <br />by the Planning Commission and the Council. <br />After consulting with the Orono and Wayzata planners, I have learned <br />that it is a common practice, especially in the south, to use golf <br />courses for open space credit. Staff has no problem with this use. <br />STAFF NOTE - FEBRUARY 15, 1979 <br />The first joint staff meeting will take place on February 22, 1979. <br />All agree before any action is taken that it might prove beneficial <br />to hold a joint Planning Commission meeting. Action on the application <br />should be tabled again on the February 26, 1979 meeting.
