The physical isolation of the twelve units and the <br />quality of con^ruction plans appear to be principle reasons <br />for change. <br />All action on the application was tabled until the February 26th <br />:a“»Jhtlr:rec" :rd'^ir:Ld‘t^ "ZlTs lll'iiZ =onVep«. <br />Planning Commission also requests follow up on Wayzata Council 8 <br />final determination. <br />Gregg Hannah requested that staff review the question 8°lt <br />cou“e lands satisfying the open space requirements for a PRD. <br />Unfortunately, this point is not covered in the ordinance and <br />a policy determination will be required by the Planning Commission. <br />38.630 P.R.D.: Open Space, etc. The dedication, ownership, <br />use and maintenance of open spaces created by the <br />application of the Planned Residential Development <br />shall be subject to conditions deemed necessapr by <br />the Council to assure the preservation of such open <br />spaces for their intended purposes. <br />38.640 P.R.D.: Dedication of Open Space The dedication and <br />ownership of such open spaces may be through: <br />(a) Homeowners Association <br />(b) Landlord Maintenance <br />(c) Special Service District <br />(d) Municipal Ownership <br />or any other method deemed appropriate by the Council <br />to accomplish the purposes of this plan.
