Mabusth noted the affidavit of <br />publication and certificate of mailing. <br />Staff reviewed the request of the City to re­ <br />require a 15 foot wide outlot along the western <br />and northern portions of the property designating <br />half of the existing road. Staff also noted <br />the major drainage way and wet lands along the <br />southern portions of the property. Applicant <br />was advised that a new preliminary plan would <br />have to be submitted designating the following: <br />15* wide road outlot <br />2) Drainage way and wetlands to the south of the <br />property. <br />3) Area of each lot exclusive of the road and wet <br />lands area. <br />Hammerel moved to table the Laurent subdivision <br />application pending receipt of the adjusted pre­ <br />liminary plans. <br />Motion seconded by Adams. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays <br />(0) . <br />No one was present in the audience to address the <br />Allenburg subdivision. Mabusth noted the affidavit <br />of publication and the certificate of mailing. <br />Mabusth advised that she had talked to the <br />Wolsfelds concerning the 2 residential units on a <br />substandard lot. Mrs. Wolsfeld stated that she <br />and her husband would comply with the ordinances <br />and that the garage apartment would cease being <br />rented in June 1981. Allenburg noted that the <br />Wolsfelds were interested in using the garage as <br />a guest house. Mabusth advised that the same or­ <br />dinances would apply. Staff noted that this vrould <br />be a plat and that the preliminary plans for this <br />plat should be submitted by the applicant before <br />this body could recommend approval. The Planning <br />Commission asked staff to contact the Wolsfelds to <br />advise them of the affects of the proposed sub­ <br />division and their request to use garage apartment <br />as a guest house. <br />Page 2 <br />JOHN L.
