o <br />1; <br />.m <br />M <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF MARCH 2, 1981 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date. <br />The following members were present: Chairman <br />Hammerel, Adauns, Goetten, Jabbour, McDonald, <br />Rovegno, and Frahm. Jeanne Mabusth represented <br />the City staff. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Gordon Coffin and Fred Herfurth were present for <br />the Dayton application. Mabusth noted the <br />affidavit of publication and the certificate of <br />mailing. There was no one present to address <br />the application. <br />BRUCE DAYTON <br />550 Long Lake Rd. <br />Subdivision <br />#594 <br />7:30-7:35 p.m. <br />Mabusth reviewed the changes in the access road <br />requested by the applicant. The request was to <br />improve the road up to the most northern lot's <br />(lot 6) driveway and a cul-de-sac would be con­ <br />structed abutting at most northern outlot, Outlot <br />C. The Planning Commission questioned the affects <br />on future development of larger parcels. <br />Staff advised that the public works coordinator <br />could sees no use of the 1 acre parcel offered <br />Dayton to the City for road purposes, "in addition'staff <br />advised that the criteria used by the Park Commission <br />for potential park properties would not be satisfied <br />by this 1 acre parcel. <br />Adams moved to approve the 6 lot residential plat <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />Private road to be designated as a 50* wide road <br />outlot. The road to be improved up to the drive <br />way of Lot 6 and a cul-de-sac installed at the <br />end of that road. The road shall be a gravel, <br />5 ton capacity road with a finished width of 20* <br />to 22* width. <br />2) Lot 6*s septic area is to be protected during <br />period of construction. <br />3) Park Dedication Fee of $1,200.00 for 6 lots §200.00 <br />To leave out any consideration of the one acre parcel <br />offered for city use. <br />The final resolution should specify if outlot C of <br />the original Wakefield Farms plat or outlots D&C of <br />the Wakefield Farms addition are subdivided, the <br />entire plat road would have to be brought up to City <br />standards. <br />i <br />tivaiTtaft /I ti^i i.
