NORTON?^ <br />3580 BAYS IDE ROAD <br />Mr. Norton was present. <br />Callahan moved, Kelley seconded to table this <br />application until the January 17, 1983 Council <br />Meeting to allow further study by the Planning <br />Commission and Staff. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays <br />(1) McDonald abstained, her reason being she <br />felt this matter could be dealt with rather than <br />delay the applicant further. <br />#719 THOMAS E. McCue were present. <br />Kelley moved, Callahan seconded to approve the <br />setback variance from the existing accessory <br />structure/garage of 2.8' based on findings <br />outlined by staff as follows; <br />1.Exterior and interior design of house would <br />be sacrificed if minimum standard of code <br />is required. <br />Garage located on site so that a complete <br />rear addition would require a setback variance. <br />3.
