' * V : ■ <br />' <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />7:30 P.M. <br />w <br />Regular Meeting of the Orono Planning Commission, December 6, 1982. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />m <br />CONSENT AGENDA* <br />»_ <br />* <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above <br />date with the following members present; Gloria <br />McDonald, Edward Callahan, Charles Kelley, J. <br />Diann Goetten and George Rovegno. J. Diann Goetten <br />was acting chairperson in the absence of John <br />Kammerel. Also presnet: Jeanne Mabusth <br />Administrator and M.Sandi Woytcke Deputy ClerK. <br />Callahan moved, McDonald seconded to approve the <br />Consent Agenda* as presented. Motion, Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0). <br />Mr. Daniel McPherson was present regarding his <br />preliminary subdivision. No other members of <br />the public were present. <br />The affidavit of publication was presented to <br />the Deputy Clerk. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed the <br />application for the Planning Commis®\on. <br />Staff recommendation was to give final approval <br />of the metes and bounds division of Lewis Cox's <br />property located at 2225 Sixth Avenue North per <br />the certificate of survey dated October 18, 1982 <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />*. Final resolution approving subdivision must <br />specify that the existing shed/barn on Parcel B <br />cannot be used for the keeping of animals. <br />Quit claim deed to the City of 33* of <br />right of way Willow Drive. <br />Quit claim deed to Hennepin County of <br />40' of right of way for County Rd. #6. . <br />Revised certificate of survey to include the <br />following; <br />a) Numerical or Alphabetical designation <br />for each parcel. <br />b) Signature lines for all parties with interest <br />in the property, Orono Mayor, City Clerk. <br />Newly created parcel be legally combined with Mr. <br />McPherson's homestead lot.
