Hake» <br />MCDohAld. ^so pi <br />ahd Zoning Administrator <br />ATTBNnANffi - 7:35 P.M. <br />Guthrie moved, McDonald seconded, iqpproval of the <br />minutes of the May 17, 1976 meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUIES <br />MEETING OF 5-17-76 <br />CSoanission Chaitman Pesek ended his term as chaixman <br />and was succeeded by the previous Vice-Chaiiwoman, <br />Diane Dunlap, who will conduct the meetings for the <br />next six months. <br />INSTALLATION OF NEW <br />OiAIRPERSON <br />ChaiiwoBian Duilap announced the opening of a Public <br />Hearing regarding the petition of Kem Hoppe, Robert <br />Bathke and Christopher Dahl. The Zoning Administrator <br />read the Notice of Pdblic Hearing, presented the <br />Affadavit of Publication, and reviewed the proposal. <br />Public comment was solicited by the Qiair. Owier Hoppe, <br />Attorney Hassel and Builder Nitz came forward to review <br />the prc^x>sal wi^ the Commission and the Public. <br />Chudc Bauer, 2605 Mapleridge Lane, q^stioned the <br />addition of another access to the existing small bay. <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 7:44 p.m. <br />HJBLIC HEARING - 7:36 P.M. <br />XEBN HOPPE, ETAL <br />LOT REARRANGBIENT <br />2608 8 2610 M\FI£RIDa5 LA. <br />The Gonmission discussed the proposal: Pesek moved, <br />Guthrie seconded, to recommend approval of the lot <br />rearrangement. The na# arrangement will allow con­ <br />struction on the property while meeting miniimin lot <br />size and requiring a lot width variance of only 20 ft., <br />whereas the existing arrangement leaves one lot <br />unbuildable due to setback requirements and a private <br />easement. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) <br />Chairwoman Diailap announced the opening of a PUblic <br />Hearing regarding the petition of James Sidwell. The <br />Zoning Adn^nistrator read the Notice of Public Hearing, <br />presented the Affadavit of Riblication, and reviewed <br />the proposal. Riblic comnent was solicited by the Chair. <br />Wayne Peterson of 1359 Park Drive stated that he was <br />concerned about placement of an additional dwelling <br />between his house and the existing house at 1375 Park <br />Drive.
