He was concerned about <br />any future grading and the possible damage to his sewer line <br />cover. The Zoning Administrator also mentioned that there were <br />no irons on this property indicating lot comers. <br />After some discussion, Pesek moved, Hannah seconded to <br />table this variance ir order for Mr. Johnson to supply more <br />information on the pxoposed location of the new residence <br />and driveway, topography map showing elevation, and a <br />survey including marking stakes at lot comers. <br />Hank Mudiich presented a picture of the garage which <br />Mr. Garlock would like to repair. Several neighbors were <br />present: Hans Weiler, Mrs. Beito, Mrs. Carl and John Perkins. <br />They all expressed their concern about the hazardous condi­ <br />tion of this building. Their children have been playing in <br />this area, and they were concerned about their safety. They <br />also mentioned that he has not removed a diseased elm which <br />has been partially cut through for sometime. <br />Qiairwonan Dunlap was concerned about the debris that is <br />stored up in this garage. She felt this could be a hazard <br />to the neigW^oihoofl children. <br />Van Nest moved, Guthrie seconded, to reccnmend approval of <br />the variance subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Variance be granted to allow a new garage to replace <br />the existing hazardous structure. <br />Alio./ variance to front yard setback provided new <br />structure is 2 car garage not exceeding the dimensions <br />of 24’ X 24'. <br />Existing structure and its contents be removed within <br />60 days of Council approval. <br />Lots 9, 10, 11 be cotrbined into one parcel. <br />Grant necessary variance so that new structure would <br />be located no closer to front lot line than the exist­ <br />ing garage, and the new structure be centered on the <br />lot CO both side yard setbacks would be 8*. <br />^totion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Pesek moved, Hannah seconded, to approve the final mylar <br />as submitted upon receipt of data from Gordon Coffin <br />confirming that the proposed split would follow high <br />ground.
