After eliminating <br />this pollution problem, the CoincU agreed this district <br />could be rezoned to LR-IB (1 acre) residential. <br />The Party’s were reminded of the Paric Dedication Fee <br />subdivisions. Ihey were also infbimed that <br />charge of fi?jproximately $3,800 <br />ISS against the property as only two units <br />on the property on the original assessment <br />role. This actional unit diarge would have to be paid <br />subdivision, along with the <br />tok Dedicatim Fee. The City could not afford the time <br />and expense of adopting a new assessment role. After <br />leanOng of this, the Parten's requested we withdraw the <br />original prqpos^ and change it by eliminating the third <br />lot on the southeast corner of the property. <br />pe Planning Connission scheduled a Public Hearing for <br />August 16, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. ^ <br />Wbert Nirehel was present.
