Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Fin^ cqiprwal of the PRD proposal was flayed <br />until detailed plans of the entire concept are <br />sihmitted. <br />LOU (BERHAUSER <br />HERRICK CIRd£ <br />SUBDIVISION (PRELIMINARY <br />FLAT PRD) <br />The Planning Goomission went into work sessions on <br />Wayne Peterson and Michael Qirtis. <br />N. <br />MINAR^ <br />VARD <br />RMIT <br />McDon^d movi^, Pesek seconded, to eliminate the <br />Council *s original referral of Planning Gonmission <br />proposals in oirder to expedite the proceedings. <br />The Commission feels this would promote better <br />public relations. Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Steve folsenberg of the David C. Bell Company was present <br />and asked the Commission if he could discuss sometning <br />that was not on the agenda. He informed the Planning <br />Commission that Drs. Zinn and Dale owned 13 acres of land <br />near Watertown Road and County Road 6. He was interested <br />in knowing how they could subdivide this property. After <br />some discussion, the Planning Comnission advised that he <br />could submit a subdivision applicaticm for 2 lots of 5+ <br />acres. <br />Hosfield moved, Guthrie seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 9:55 p.m. <br />^
