Mcr/, (hcreinaRcr "the applicanls") <br />arc the owners of Uic property located at 380 Turnham Road within the City of Orono <br />(hcreinaRcr "the City") and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the North 140.00 feet of the West 357.00 of the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31. Township 118 <br />North. Range 23 West of the 5* Principal Meridian. Hennqtin County, <br />Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for after-the-fact variances <br />to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.27.
