The patio is 810 s.f. and could be reduced. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Stoddard moved, Hawn seconded, to approve Application ^2305 for lakeshore setback, <br />hardcover variance m 0-75' setback, subject to revised Staff recommendation bcludbg a <br />41’ lakeshore setback variance for structure to remam at 34’ from the OHW, hardcover <br />variance for a maximum of 4415 s.f. b the 0-75’ setback, and plastic under landscapbg <br />moved m the 6-75' setback. The reduction b hardcover b the 0-75' setback will be <br />decided by applicant subject to staff approval.
