Pictures were presented of the <br />property. The existing house is located within 75’ of the lakeshorc. *nie lot is unusu^ as <br />the lot c.xtends along the lake but is narrow in its depth. The application is a propos or <br />a 4-car garage and additions to the residence. A patio with pavers currently exi^. e <br />Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the 41 variance for ^ <br />lakeshore setback for the residence 34' fiom the lakeshorc and 15.3% hardcover variance <br />in the 0-75’ setback where 20% exisa and none is allowed. <br />1
