V.’ritton notification of said hearing shall be <br />nailed at least ten (10) days prior to all owners of <br />land within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the boundary <br />of the property in question. <br />3. Referral to City Staff; The Zoning Administrator <br />shall refer the appliation to all appropriate city staff <br />personnel for review and comment. Written evidence of <br />review and recommendations from the Zoning Administrator^ <br />City Engineer and Finance Director shall be entered in the <br />minutes of the Planning Commission Public Hearing. Where <br />appropriate^ review and recommendations shall also be <br />entered from the Public Works Director, Chief of Police, <br />Fire Chief, Building Inspector, On Site System Inspector <br />or other city personnel. <br />4. Referral to Park Commission. Where the proposed <br />plat includes provisions for the dedication of land to' <br />the site for public parks purposes, trails or jointly <br />used recreational facilities, the Zoning Administrator <br />shall refer the application to the Park Commission which <br />shall review the proposal and provide recommendations to <br />the Planning Commission before the close of the Public <br />Bearing. <br />5. Referral to other Agencies. The Zoning Administator <br />shall contact other government agencies or jurisdictions <br />as may be appropriate to seek staff assistance, information <br />and comments as may be applicable to the proposal. These <br />agencies may include, but are not limited to, the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District, Lake Minnetonka Conservation <br />District, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, <br />Hennepin Soil and Water Conservation District, State or <br />County Highway Department, local school districts and <br />neignboring municipalities. No official action will be <br />requested of these jurisdictions until after Orono <br />Council action on the preliminary plat application. <br />6. Public Notice Posters. The Zoning Administrator <br />shall place public notice posters on the property visible <br />from each street or closest public road announcing the <br />subdivision proposal and the time anc place for the <br />scheduled public hearing. Said posters shall be placed on <br />the property at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled <br />planning commission public hearing and shall '-'emain on the <br />property until the City Council passes on the preliminary <br />plat.
