rc-quc'Stod by the Zoning Adn-inictretor, <br />39.233 <br />C <br />(1) Proposed protective convenants, <br />(2) Statement of the proposed use of lots <br />stating type of residential buildings <br />with number of proposed dwelling units <br />and type of business or industry^ so as <br />to reveal the effect of the development <br />on trafficr fire hazards# and congestion <br />of population. <br />(3) If any flexible zoning application is <br />contemplated or necessary# the subdivider <br />shall file a concurrent flexible zoning <br />application. <br />(4) Where the subdivider owns property adjacent <br />to that which is being proposed for the <br />subdivision# the Planning Commission may <br />require that the subdivider submit a sketch <br />plan of the remainder of the property so as <br />to show the possible relationships between <br />the proposed subdivision and any future <br />subdivision. In any event# all subdivisions <br />shall be shown to relate well with existing <br />or potential adjacent subdivisions. <br />(5) Such other information as may be requested <br />by the Zoning Administrator# City Engineer# <br />City Attorney# Planning Commission or City <br />Council. <br />(j) The Preliminary Plat Review fee. <br />4. Application Deadlines. The subdividei: shall file <br />a complete Preliminary Plat Application with the Zoning <br />Administrator at least 30 days prior to the regularly <br />scheduled Planning Commission meeting at which, a public <br />hearing can be scheduled. <br />Staff and Agency Review of the Preliminary Plat. The <br />Zoning Administrator shall coordinate the review of <br />Preliminary Plats by all appropriate city staff persons <br />and governmental agencies. <br />1. Referral to Planning Commission. Upon receipt of <br />a complete Preliminary Plat Application# the Zoning Admini­ <br />strator shall place the application on the agenda of <br />the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. <br />The Planning Commission shall then begin reviewing the <br />proposal. <br />2. Public Hearing Notice. The Zoning Administrator <br />shall schedule a Public Hearing for the first available <br />Planning Commission meeting. Notice of said hearing <br />shall consist of the address of the property and a brief <br />description of the proposal and shall be published in the
