On Novenber lA, 1977. <br />the CoTOcil referred the item to the Planning Conmission for recom- <br />mendatiras concerning 6 items. On November 21, 1977, the Planning <br />Conmission requested additional information as listed in Mr. Muhich's <br />letter of November 22. 1977. No information was received by the <br />City until March 6, Bf78. <br />Regarding M. Dongoske's letter and the previous action, I recommend the following: <br />1.Building permits should not be Issued until the road is Installed <br />tod passible. If permits are considered, no permit should be <br />developer's agreement Is completed and no occupancy <br />should be allowed until the road is certified complete by the*^ ^ <br />City Engineer.- No permits should be Issued until the Planning <br />Conmission has had a chance to review all pertinent Information <br />and make recommendations to the Council as directed on November 14, <br />1 <br />M
